I am a freelance journalist and illustrator. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">As a features writer, I\u2019ve covered a range of stories for publications across two continents. I went undercover to report on bomb disposal in Laos for <em>The Diplomat<\/em>, combed New Zealand\u2019s national archives for signs of shipwrecked gold for <em>The Spinoff<\/em>, and followed elephant hunters for <em>The Japan Times<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">For the last year, I have been travelling across Asia and the United States.
